Since you're the first one to report it, I doubt this is caused by Exposure.
Try restarting your game and/or PC. Try without exposure or only with exposure installed. Try different launcher.

it turned out to be an issue with my neoforge, fixed with the java argument "-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true".
