Rendering issue when using shaders with Immersive Engineering installed

Hi,
I'm seeing a weird issue when running a shaderpack whilst Immersive Engineering is installed. When taking a picture, no blocks are rendered except for the skybox. This does not happen when shaders are disabled, or when removing Immersive Engineering from the modlist.
Test subject:
Developed film and photograph with immersive engineering installed:
Developed film and photograph without immersive engineering installed:
Tried separate reels and on the same reel:
It works fine without a shaderpack enabled, even if Immersive Engineering is installed, so unsure where the issue might be, or where to best report it!
