Describe the bug
Seems the ultimate singularity can be made with no items in the table all together, if I put the singularities that are normally needed it won't craft / it shows no uses in JEI for the base ones.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1: Place down a tier 4 crafting table
2: open table

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Not to get an endless supply of ultimate for free. Use of the base ones to craft the ultimate.
