Bug with Ultimate Singularity

I was able to craft all 15 regular singularities without any issues. When I add them to the Tier 4 ultimate crafting table, the Ultimate Singularity appears in the output slot but won't let me take it. If I fast shift-click it many times, it jumps to my inventory but then disappears and returns to the output spot on the table.
