Pack: Project Ozone 3

I can't reliably reproduce this since it only happened to me once, but it has happened to others a lot definitely when dealing with ProjectE items in EC's tables. I suspect it has something to do with nbt data on input items since this doesn't happen with the Avaritia item recipes at all.

Could be possible that its the amount of different items in the recipes.
