All Players Share Time of Day GUI

Expected behavior

When multiple players are playing on the same world over LAN, each player would have their own time of day GUI.

Actual behaviour

The time of day GUI seems to be shared between all players. It seems to pick at random whether the GUI is shown or invisible if one player is inside and another is outside. As this error occurred, both players had the same exact config settings.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Have multiple players on the same game over LAN
  2. Have one player outside and one inside
