Observed mipmap flickering after playing round about 5 minutes, which does happened in "1.12-0.1.0-3"
I´m using optifine as well. Thanks for looking into it

Any particular OptiFine settings that trigger this? Just installing OptiFine and tweaking mipmaps doesn't have any noticeable effects for me.

Happening to me too, My first thought is shaders..
