[Suggestion] Lower the default chance for a villager to spawn an extra golem

#Percent chance for a villager to successfully summon an Extra Golems golem
#Range: 0 ~ 100
villager_summon_chance = 80
This has resulted in way more golems spawning then I would like 😂. I've since changed the summon chance to suit me but maybe lower the defualt value to somewhere around 20-40?
