I'm using the 1.18.2 Version of your mod and noticed an issue in the following scenario:
You create a world (not sure if it's just for survival or the like but I just used the default settings)
You select the Inchling origin.
Trying to climb walls almost get's you stuck on them. This makes climbing them up impossible.
After exiting to main menu then entering the level again everything works as it's supposed to.

I've quickly tested the same procedure on 1.18.1 and can tell that it's not occurring there!
