Riding as Inchling drops me immediately from the other player's head

A description of the issue
Whenever other players or I try to ride other players we get teleported to their head and immediately fall. This started only recently. Before that I played on my quilt server same version and it worked fine. It stopped working when I started playing on my Fabric server with slightly more mods. Riding everything else works fine, only this ability.
