Going into the end works fine, however once an inchling leaves the end, I believe their size is cut in thirds. It is also progressive. If an inchling goes in multiple times, they will progressively get smaller each time. This can be very irritating. This is in fact reset on death however, meaning it is reversible. If one tries to set their size to the default value of 1, they remain the same. Here are some screenshots of each exit as an inchling.
