Please add config option to disable requirement of completed advancements for using items.
My modpack has strange bug, which disallows to get achievements, so i can't go through ExtraBotany.

Additionally, ExtraBotany relics are already limited by earning Gaia drops.

I just had the same issue, not able to get advancements. But if I open a new world they just work fine. And after a bunch of /kill, quitting and launching and revoking previous advancements the issue mysteriously disappeared. So maybe it's just something get 'stucked'?
