For some reason when I put stone types into the extracinator the hoppers start disappearing and the chest disappears. it doesn't do this with hoppers on the same level as the extractinator (Y level) but does this when the hoppers are anywhere beneath the extractinator(s).

If you need any more info from me let me know, I'm confused.
