When placing items onto the Drying Rack, the items appear on the Rack but are not removed from the inventory. If I have, say, a stack of 64 Apples and add 8 of them to the Drying Rack, I will still have 64 Apples in my toolbar afterwards.

Similarly, when you remove items from the Drying Rack, they disappear from the Drying Rack but do not appear in the inventory.

Further playing reveals that a similar issue occurs with the Mortar. Placing Wheat in the Mortar does not remove it from one's inventory. Using the pestle on it, however, DOES eventually remove the Wheat and create Flour.
