Did a rough check of the current state, these are currently confirmed to still be suffering from this issue:

• apple sauce
• buttered pasta
• carrot salad
• cooked pasta
• scrambled eggs

Additionally, none of the jams give back a bottle, which their glass container indicates they probably should.
On the other side, they currently also do not have a container item. It's probably best to fix those both at the same time.
