Personally, I find a 3 wide, 3 tall entryway the most visually appealing. Obviously, doors don't really fit well in such a design.
Would you consider adding variants of your doors that are 1.5 blocks wide and 3 blocks tall?

I will think about it but don't have plans to do that at the moment.
