When trying to load my game with snapshot 2 the loading bar gets stuck and the game never loads. No crash logs or anything but i can send a list of my mods or all my mods and their configs

Please attach a log, it has your mod list included.

thats the problem the game never crashed it just got stuck loading so the log i have isn't because of extra sounds but because i had to force close it.

yeah that fixed it although how do i change settings now since you removed settings for some reason?

You can change sounds by making a resource pack with a custom sounds.json. More info and an example is on the wiki.
