Describe the bug

The 16384b fluid storage block says it should store 16k buckets of fluid however it only stores 16 buckets of fluid

It also happens with the other fluid storage blocks

How can I reproduce this bug or crash?

1. Make a RS2 system with a 16384b fluid storage block attached
2. Put 16 buckets of fluid into the system
3. Notice that the storage block is full

Configuration

- Mod version: 5.0.5
- Refined Storage version: 2.0.0-beta.9
- NeoForge version: 21.1.201
- Minecraft version: 1.21.1
