Storage parts store millibuckets instead of buckets.

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug
The 16386k storage drive only stores 16 buckets of liquid. This is clearly not intended, as this make the "upgrades" this mod has inferior to the base mod.
How can I reproduce this bug or crash?
- Set up a system with a 16368k part
- Notice how it can't fit 17 buckets of liquid
Configuration
- Mod version: 5.0.1
- Refined Storage version: 2.0.0
- Forge version: NeoForge 21.1.139
- Minecraft version: 1.21.1Relevant log output
