Sound muting not working and Recent list is empty constantly

AllTheMods10 Modpack, no additional mods beyond that. The friend I`m playing with while hosting the server has no issue.
Describe the bug
"Recent" list is empty at all times. "All" list has the sounds but muting them does nothing
Steps to reproduce
Played a world with cheats on for a long time, around 50 hours or so, then open Extr.Soun.Muff. mod config, change nothing, then open mod menu via inventory button.
Have been in spectator and creative mode.
Crashlog

This is a different thing, you have dynamic surrondings, which modifies the sound engine (or something like that I don't remember by now) and makes it be incompatible with ESM. DS has it's own muffling system too iirc
Did you change the config of the mod before installing "configured"? If so, how? I wonder if it was a problem with how the config was saved. I tried the pack but I couldn't reproduce, but I'll close this for now since it fixed itself, but feel free to comment back if it happens again
Issue fixed after installing 3.48.1 with "configured" to config "ExtremeSoundMuffler" in game and later updating to 3.48.3. Yes I was playing LAN, no i didnt add any sound to the blacklist. Sorry to only write now, I swear Ive posted here right after it was fixed, guess I didn`t.. sorry. By now, I suppose, latest.log is useless, right? Oh and i guess that to reproduce it you should try installing a clean ATM10 10-2.6 via "Curseforge", I was on that version when it all happened.

I suppose that curseforge does not download ready files but only the raw mod files and the edited configs for some mods, E.S.M. excluded it seems, and so i suppose E.S.M. config did not generate or something??? Like, on 3.48.1 it generated properly and after updating to 3.48.2 it worked well but if just done straight from 3.48.2/3.48.3 then it does not generate it properly? It may also be due to e.s.m. config being interfaceable after 3.48.2, itself included, not being done properly may be ?? Idk, i just guess based on the intuition i have dealing with pc`s so far.
Oh and ATM10 is on NeoForge by the way.
can you try with esm 3.48.2?
Deleted the mod and installed 3.48.2 version compatible with neoforge and 1.21.1+1.21 as said by curseforge client, same issues.
Tried 3.48.1 just now too, issue persists.
New behavior to report:
When enabling "Lawful All List" option, "All" list becomes wholly black too.
The game is on the system "C:/" drive, same as java.
Java version is 21.0.3.0
can you share your latest.log? it's in the pack folder -> logs, put it in https://mclo.gs/ if you can, try playing the pack for a min or so first.
I can't reproduce this on my side so it's hard to find what's going on
Oh also, are you playing this on lan by any chance?
