This isn't really an issue but instead is some sort of an feature request:

There should be an fabric mixin-config option where you can tell the fabric client to either show or hide the active renderer text whenever F3 is viewed, While this isn't really useful to have; It does eliminate the annoyance of having to manually remove it via it's jar file.
