Transfer API icon is in the wrong place

It should be in resources/assets/fabric-transfer-api-v1, but is in resources/fabric-transfer-api-v1 without the assets. The mod JSON reference points to the correct location in assets - I would assume this breaks the icon in Mod Menu's screen.
I guess I can fix it in #1553.
