I could not find a hint to one of my 100 mods which are installed in the crash log and since everything was fine before updating Fabric I think there is a possibility that Fabric itself has a problem. But when writing this I already doubt it. It must be some mod...

Thank you for your patience. After installing everything into a new folder and dropping in and taking out for several hours the mods one by one I isolated this one:

epicurean-gastronomy-2.2.0+1.14.1

This one seems to be in need for an update. I apologize and close.
