Allow indigo renderer debug hud to be toggled in F3 + F6

Starting in Minecraft 1.21.9+, You can now use F3 + F6 to modify the F3 screen to hide, show in F3 or always show onscreen in terms of debugging.
Configuration screen when keybinds are pressed:

that was the one i looked for but i could not find the relevant commit for it.
