When I use any fabric mod that uses fabric-keybinding as its keybinding lib (e.g MiniHUD, tweakeroo), I find that any hotkeys don't work after I switch my typing methods, even if I don't type anything, but all other functions could run normally. And hotkeys are usable again after I alt+tab to another window and alt+tab back.

I'm using Windows 10, with a Chinese input method and an US-English keyboard installed.

How to reproduce:

1. Set your windows 10 language to English.
2. Install a Chinese (or Japanese) input method
3. Get minecraft 1.14 with Fabric-API and MiniHUD.
4. Switch input method by pressing Win+Space in game, and try evoking the main menu of MiniHUD by pressing H+C.
