Latest build for 1.16.1 isn't actually for 1.16.1

Version 0.16.2+build.385-1.16.1 reports that it's for 1.16.1, but it's actually for the 1.16.2 snapshots, specifically 20w28a.

Interestingly, in a production environment, the CF jar works fine.
This might be an issue with the Maven version?

So apparently one of the dependencies I pull in, which, mind you, are all for 1.16-rc1 at minimum, pulls in FAPI 0.16.4.
