My son plays on my minecraft server/client is there any way to disable the mod through a shortcut key so I can disable it while my sons plays? other than disabling it through multiMC...

You can either disable it on servers wholesale in the config file, or you can find the toggle keys in the normal Controls menu as you would with vanilla controls.
