How to recreate:

1. Wear any armor piece with bewitching enchantment
2. Have potion in inventory
3. Trigger the enchantment [first discovered with fire resistance potions and lava, unsure if other potions are affected]

Result: All instances of that potion (i.e. all 8 minute fire resistance potions, all strength 2 potions, etc.), will have their duration countdown and shorten. This persists until the player resets the game
