Problem

During winter playing with create, our river almost dried up, for some reason create stops treating the river as an infinite source if the water becomes ice. This is a pretty interesting interaction, so I tried to build a heater to melt the ice, but the heater is less effective than mere torch, if at all.

Solution

Make the heater behave like a torch when on, melting ice
