All 1.16 versions don't properly register the "blocking" model predicate override

I am aware of this problem there is not much I can do this is an issue with 1.16 Fabric. The Fabric development team is working on a new module that should fix this issue that will be coming out pretty soon. Please don't bother the fabric development team about this issue either.
