Changes from 1.21.1 -> 1.21.3 are just version bumps and the new item registry system

Changes from 1.21.3 -> 1.21.4 are:

  • Version bumps
  • Removing the BuiltinItemRendererRegistry line from the client
  • Pass spriteidentifiers and EntityModelLayer through custom data component
  • Create predicate json for each shield in assets/modid/items
