Shield enchantments aren't showing up in the enchantment table or /enchant cmd

Currently a shield enchantment can only be added to an item by using an anvil. This will be fixed soon!

They now work with the /enchant command but the enchantment table is still broken

This has been fixed although there is a weird bug with the names not showing in the enchantment table.
