Ensure next 1.15 port is version agnostic

This will probably work out of the box, but all 1.15 subversion should be tested to ensure they work, and that there is no strange behavior.
Added needs investigation tag, because we don't know if this will actually be a problem besides just changing the dependencies in fabric.mod.json.
