[Bug]: Doesn't generate in villages affected by datapacks

Description
Not sure if this is even solvable on your end, but here we go anyways.
When using the mod in its default configuration and with no additional datapacks, everything is fine and the waystones generate in villages like normal. But when I add a datapack that either adds or alternate village generation, no waystones generate.
Tested with 'Villages Overhauled' by draklorx and 'Towns & Towers - Structure Overhaul' by Kubek727
To Reproduce
Steps already laid out in the description.
Default config.
Mod version: 2.5.1
Expected behavior
That the Waystones structure generate in all villages, including those added or modified by datapacks.

Ah, I actually thought of doing something like this for the previous release. It hopefully shouldn't take too long™️
