I'd like to set waystone so that they offer free, easy teleportation, but without being able to also transfer items.

Describe the solution you would like

It would be just a config option to turn on and off (maybe further customizing if you need to be completely naked, or still allow items that are equipped).

If you tried using the waystone without an empty inventory it would show a message in chat saying that only a clean inventory permits the use of the waystone.

+1, I like the idea of this mod but the fact that fast travel also completely invalidates logistics/transportation of items makes it a non-starter for me. A config option to disallow teleportation if your inventory isn't empty (I could go either way on equipped items) would be amazing.
