Currently the waystone takes flat level number from your experience levels, which can be quite drastic on high levels

Implement compatibility with Tax Free Levels, which would mean that costing X levels would be reduced to the cost of 0 to X levels instead

I mean, you can technically change the Waystones to use raw XP instead of levels, but I'll keep this issue open for mod compat.

The scaling of XP cost gets a lot different if you use raw XP vs Levels with Tax Free Levels, plus there's no way anyone can parse thousands of XP to levels
