[Bug]: Abyss Watcher doesn't visually disappear after being used

Description
The abyss watcher is still visually in the hotbar after teleporting until you attempt to interact with the slot.
To Reproduce
- Use abyss watcher, you'll hear the breaking sound
- Notice abyss watcher is still in the inventory, but unusable
- Dropping it, or moving in/out of the inventory slot makes it disappear
Expected behavior
Abyss watcher visually disappears after breaking. Local void does this fine.
