Description

When placing down a waystone with data (from breaking it while sneaking), the data is cleared and the waystone loses it's name

To Reproduce

1. Have a 1.21.1 Fabric instance with Wraith Waystones
2. Make sure the "data stored when sneaking" option is on
3. Go into a world, give yourself a waystone & a pickaxe
4. Place down the waystone, and give it a custom name
5. Break the waystone while sneaking, notice the item has the custom name when hovering over it
6. Place the waystone back down, the data has been cleared

Expected behavior

When placing back down the waystone, and rediscovering it, I expected the name to still be the same as before
