[Feature Request] Keybind for opening teleport UI and Allow Teleporting without TP items

  1. Add a keybind to open Waystones teleport UI so that players can teleport easier.
    As this feature would allow players to teleport without holding the item(they still need to have tp item in their inventory), it should be able to disable in config.

  2. If enabled in config file, allow users to perform teleport without having TP items(in this case, open the UI with a keybind or a command).

The features above might be helpful if someone wants to use the mod in a different way. Thanks for your work!
