@KpauMupa Lithium is hardcoded to not start with optifabric installed. In the fabric.mod.json there is a line called "breaks" that prevents the mod from starting with any version (*) of optifabric. This was done because optifine and Lithium modify the same part of the Minecraft code with mixins meaning if they were not marked you would most likely crash do to conflicting mixins. Plus if it did work you may experience strange behavior and bugs which would not get fixed by either of the developers. The same thing goes for JellySquid's other mods Sodium and Phosphor.

Bruh, why then this line exists?

Because it tries to "fix" it. I talked to the developer of Lithium/Phosphor and this is what they said:


So I assume they are tiring to fix it by doing weird things. I would recommend trying out the Canvas Renderer or Iris to use shaders. Do note that Canvas is incompatible with optifine shaders. Iris should work with most optifine shaders eventually but compatibly is still limited now as it is a work in progress. It also plans to be able to support JellySquid's other mod Sodium eventually. I would recommend using Sodium over optifine anyways as preforms better. If using Sodium is a problem do to the lack of Fabric rendering api support try building and using this mod.

I don't have the time to work on this mod, please stop using it, I wasn't able to work on anything for a couple month because of health issues and, I started to be good enough just a few week ago, also it completely destroyed my plans for opening my Minecraft server in time.
