Allows you to repair anvils using Iron Blocks
Cheaper than making an entirely new anvil each time it breaks, since anvils only have 2 stages of damage to repair, so 2 blocks instead of the normal 3.44 blocks
A nice alternative to the comparatively balance-altering #11
