Currently, to my knowledge, the config menu is only scrollable with the mouse wheel.
My mouse happens to be broken and I am unable to use the mouse wheel in any meaningful way.
Therefore, it'd be nice to be able to scroll it with either arrow keys or the page up and page down buttons.
Additionally, dragging while holding left click outside of a toggle could also scroll the screen maybe?

I'll add that I can theoretically work around this by making the window very thin, however I do not believe this is the best possible experience.
