Tested in a fresh 1.19.2 client running Forge 43.2.21 and Forgery 3.3.6+1.19, no other mods. The only feature enabled is "Anvil no xp cost," which I'm assuming is supposed to make Anvils not charge experience levels when used, but levels are still taken when an Anvil is used.
