basically, by having the "Book show Enchants" and "Tools Show Important Enchant" functions activated (from the Utility tab), there is an incompatibility with textures that place icons on enchantments, for example the "Enchant Icons" texture (https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/enchant-icons-countxd)
