Hiya. On Fabrication 3.4.10 (for 1.20.4 but I recall it happening on 1.20.1 too), enabling the Disable Villagers tweak doesn't appear to prevent village generation. I enabled the tweak, restarted the game, created a new world and used the command /locate structure village_desert as an example.
