It would be great if you are able to make the bossbar for the teleport always show up on top despite other bossbars

in WitherEntity.class, the private ServerBossBar bossBar is created using new ServerBossBar...
i see no mention of bossbar manager anywhere in it, so it might not get added to it

overall i have no idea how to actually do this...
