Fairies don't do shearing or breeding

To Reproduce

1. Tame a fairy
2. Make a post
3. Place a chest with shears or wheat
4. Spawn sheeps around

Expected Behavior

Fairy shears or breeds sheep

Additional Context

When I try to make a fairy shear or breed sheep, she doesn't work. I forked this repository to debug this, and found out that FairyJobManager instance is being initialized multiple times, so the fairy being used is always the same. I tested only shearing and breeding, but other jobs might be affected.

Hello! Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I found this bug while working on the next update for this mod and have fixed it for the earlier minecraft versions. I'm still in the process of porting the update for the remaining versions
