The fairies will not do a job with chest

To Reproduce

So the fairies will not do a job. They are able to be assigned to a post and their name goes green but if I put a chest with an item in it to trigger the job, they will not do anything. Fighter fairies will fight animals and healers heal but if I want a fairy to farm, it won't do it. I have made sure the name is case sensitive correct and the right items are in the chest and the area is clear etc but nothing happens :(

Expected Behavior

I expected the fairies to be able to do the job?
