[1.16.5 Forge] When trying to break leaves block it's remaning there but in ghost form

"There seems to be a issue for me, when ever I break a leaf block it either doesn't or does, If it doesn't it leaves this ghost block behind, giving a rubber banding effect, removing the mod fixes this problem." - revelates (from CurseForge page).
