Meteors are not respecting their dimensional whitelist.

I have it when blacklisting the overworld, and whitelisting Atum, Twilight Forest, or Witchery's Spirit world.

Just checked this issue. The whitelist seems to be respected just fine for me. If you could give me more details, I'll try to get it to repeat for me.
